Cancellation policy for workshops and classes:
We understand that sometimes people who have registered for a class find they are unable to take it. If there are enough people to cover the costs of the class and the guild isn’t losing money, a registrant can get a refund if they have to cancel. The amount refunded will be the full amount they paid, minus a $5 processing fee. If there aren’t enough people to cover the costs without their registration, they can transfer their registration to someone else, but they cannot get a refund. Usually, it has been possible to give refunds because our members have responded enthusiastically to class, but it can’t be guaranteed.
If the guild has to cancel a class for any reason, people who have registered will be refunded the full amount they paid. (No processing fee will be deducted.)
Applications for a refund will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
